I think posts should be:
Five minutes for a person to say what they have to. (give folk at least five minutes)
Ten-Twenty minutes if they have anything extra to say (unless they're booted off)
Thirty minutes at most (depends how many folk are in the cue),
From Twenty-Thirty minutes you should say your willing to come off and give someone else a turn (only if someone in the cue asks)
